Pricing and fees vary by technician availability and client piano condition. All services provided include a 30-day guarantee of service. Any problems or defects related to the service appointment may be resolved at no extra charge to the customer within the 30-day time frame. Exclusions may apply, contact for details. No cash refunds.

Get your piano tuned to 440Hz at least twice a year to maintain peak condition and longevity. Frequently played pianos may need tuning up to four times a year.
Small repairs requiring no additional parts may be included at no extra cost.
If more than 1 year since last tuning, a pitch correction, or “coarse tune” will be necessary. All new clients and customers require a no-cost consultation to determine tuning needs.

A piano has hundreds of fragile pieces, made of organic and inorganic materials, that will inevitably fail over time; these damages may even impede your playing and the piano’s overall health.
Resolving these problems sooner than later can prevent further damage to your piano.

How the piano keys feel under the hands is just as important as how the piano sounds. Action regulation adjusts the mechanics of all 88 keys for a perfect touch.
Action regulation is a lengthy process with over 20 points of inspection per key. An Action Regulation Service may take several hours and multiple sessions.
Recommended every 5 years for casual players, or every year for professionals and teachers.
Pricing for frequent Regulation Service may be negotiated on a long-term contract basis. Contact for details.

Some old pianos have the potential to have new life. Restoration work overhauls an entire piano with deep cleaning, replacing parts, action regulation and multiple tuning sessions.
Project time averages 6 months; timeframe varies by condition.
Requires assessment for eligibility. Fees may apply for hazardous materials disposal. Contact for details.

Piano hammers are made of felt that changes over time, becoming either hard and compacted, or frayed and soft; both of these result in poor overall tone.
A hammer voicing service will even out the discrepancies and return your piano to its original, intended sound.
Recommended every 2-5 years for casual players, or 4-6 months for professionals.

Piano buying can be a logistical challenge. Buying Assistance will help prevent bad sales and keep you from making multiple trips. Includes Full Tuning Package with Pitch Correction after completed sale and moving.
Cost of moving is not covered by this service. Moving costs are billed to the customer by the moving company.
